Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label and all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for return:

  • Items returned outside the return period

Exchanges

At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
